The LOC Sunseeker Club is our exclusive new Loyalty Program, thoughtfully designed to reward our most loyal customers.

Earn points through making purchases and various other actions to be placed in one of our four tiers and be rewarded through discounts, vouchers and other member-only offers.

You will move through our 4 tiers as you earn points:

Tier 1 - Sunrise (0 - 349 points): When you sign up for an account or join the program, you’ll enter the
Sunrise tier. You will receive 200 points as a bonus for signing up.

Tier 2 - Sunshine (350 - 599 points): Once you earn 350 points, you will enter the Sunshine tier.

Tier 3 - Summer Sun (600 - 999 points): Once you earn 600 points, you will enter the Summer Sun tier.  

Tier 4 - Golden Hour (1000+ points): Once you earn 1000 points, you will enter the Golden Hour tier.

For every $1 you spend as a Sunseeker Club member you will automatically have 1 Sunseeker Club Point added to your account.

You can also earn points through various other actions such as creating an account, signing up to our mailing list or reviewing your purchases.

Please note, loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjuction with any other discounts or promotions.

If you have a Lack of Color account, you have automatic access to the Sunseeker Club. Simply log in and view your rewards dashboard here. To thank you for being a member, we have already added some points to your account. Register your birthday to receive exclusive birthday gifts from us, to you.

If you don’t have a Lack of Color account, join us by creating an account here. Log in to see your bonus 200 points for creating an account. Register your birthday to receive exclusive birthday gifts from us, to you.

Redeem points at checkout: You can redeem your points on any purchase. If you are logged in to your account, the option will appear at checkout to redeem points on your order, starting at $5 = 150 points. Click redeem and the discount will be automatically applied to your order. 

$15, $20, $25 vouchers: You will have rewards available to you each time you are in a new tier. These will be shown in your loyalty rewards, click “GET REWARD” then “REDEEM” and copy and paste the code at checkout to redeem your voucher. These vouchers are redeemable at any time, as long as you have enough points to redeem.

Please note, loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjuction with any other discounts or promotions.

All points are valid for 12 months. You will remain in your assigned tier for 12 months from the date the points were received (all points on purchases have an approval period of 14 days).

If you have not earned enough points to remain in your tier, you will be moved to the appropriate tier when the points expire.

All points from making a purchase have an approval period of 4 weeks. If your order is cancelled or returned in that time, you will not receive the points for your order.

After you have received your order and had time to try, wear and love your LOC hat, you will receive a request to review your order. Simply follow the links provided and complete your review to earn 150 Sunseeker Club Points.

Points earnt for product reviews are limited to 300 points per order and will be rewarded for reviews completed via email link.

When you join the program, you will be able to redeem points on purchases made in the 3 months prior to signing up.
